It has nothing to do with Cinderella Girls. I'm unfamiliar with Octopath Traveler but even a cursory glance at this character tag shows this is how she normally looks. Scanned her twitter and the original post doesn't imply any relation to im@s. Judging by the other uploads to that account, I doubt this artist can actually read Japanese.
