Really hard to tell... Since there's actually 3 pairs rather than just a 'front' and 'back' set, it looks like at least one seems to flip itself... or reverse entirely, joints and all... have to keep an eye on where the palm and back of the hands themselves are to figure it out probably.

They definitely get special made clothes.

Also I wonder how many organs they share and how many organs are their own?
