20 years have passed since the Siren invasion. The leaders of humanity capitulated in the face of the alien threat, and AzCOM was scattered to the winds after a futile Base Defence that saw the capture of the Commander. Today, mankind is united under the auspices of the ADVENT Administration, which promises a utopian future if one doesn't look too closely at what happens to those who dare speak out against the new regime. A glimmer of hope exists, however, for a lead as to where the Commander is being held in captivity has finally been found...
