The joke is a direct reference to Dragon Quest III, much like the previous strips. The gadabout is a jester if male or a bunnygirl if female. (This is the same game that introduced bikini armor female warriors.)

She's more complaining that a bunnygirl isn't only associated with fantasy the way that, say, wearing armor, a shield, and a sword is associated with fantasy adventure.

I'm gonna guess Hamakaze will wind up cosplaying an elf. The bow-wielding kind, to be precise. Fits a rogue-ish nice the party is missing, and is associated nowadays with boobs.

Ironically, boobs are a hindrance to archery, which is why the archer-type carriers (even the flatter ones) wear muneate. I guess maybe archers get associated with boobs precisely because the muneate worn by female archers are so iconic.
