Please, long before that. It's basically a gag by now that the girl the protagonist winds up with is the one that insults him the most. It's not just anime, that's how Bond girls work since the films started, and it's a much, much older trope than that. After all, you can't judge relationship progress if they started out being nice to each other, so the more they hate each other (after, say, a crash-into hello from around a corner), the more easily readers can see the relationship is improving.

And hell, a kuudere can wind up being the main love interest even when constantly outshone on camera by a much more dramatic tsundere like in Code Geass.

That said, Admibro already ringed all four of them, so I guess why choose heroines?

But if she starts teasing and flirting with Admibro she might get hit with a surprise anchor.

Honestly I think Hibiki and her sisters work best together, as co-heroines I guess.

I sometimes miss the True sister to Plasma-chan, and actual Lady of the Fleet.

If I recall, that was due to the other options being either potentially being world ending, or batshit crazy. (Its been a long time, and I don't remember it very well).
