Wouldn't it be sexy to take a selfie covering your eyes with your sex licence? It hides your face but introduces you as someone who has already had sex...

In July 2019, media personality Genki Katsube proposed the idea of a "sex licence"---people should have to pass a consent-focused sex-education class before they are allowed to have sex---which was widely lampooned on twitter.

Considering how many times I've seen Japanese media refer to a "V-card", I presume it wouldn't be too much trouble to convince people to just exchange one for the other...

Also, they have those small indicators, so I presume you have to go to special courses to be licensed for certain acts or positions. ("Oh, I'd like to let you on top, but you're not licensed for cowgirl yet...")
