Tags only work if you use the ones that are in use. Subjective tags like "Kawaii" aren't tags for a reason. You can look at the tagging guide for more help. You also used a bad source for this image, and all your uploads seem to have bad sources. This is the general uploading guide. This is the guide for how to upload from ArtStation.

Also, considering the usernames, I'm guessing this is a self-uploaded artwork. Do not upload your own artwork.
