Things took an ugly turn when the villagers started to notice there's something odd about this strange and mysteriously beautiful woman. Noticing all the signs that she's could be an evil fox spirit, the villagers rallied up with pitchforks in hands to hunt the fox and during the conflict, the mortal man who was in love with the ninetails takes a pitchfork to the heart and dies.

Long story short, the Ninetails goes berserk and kills every single villagers down to the last only to be sealed by a travelling monk. Clearly people back then didn't appreciate kemonomimi girls! She's back in present day to mesmerize everyone with her foxy charms~!
