That's definitely a genderswapped Guts. The Dragonslayer's there, you can't see the left arm, much of the armor is recognizable. The eye isn't gone, but that's probably because the artist wanted to draw a more feminine-looking girl - notice the lack of scars in general.
Battle scars are masculine. I know about the hair color. Anybody could tell that much. Although Guts does have that white streak, so it's not all pitch-black. With a smaller body, as apparent in the pic, that Dragonslayer is proportional to the one Guts uses. If she used an actual-sized version, it would look even more disproportionate than it already does.
Try to think a bit more creatively about what I said: "artist wanted to draw it more feminine".
