The part on the body of the target with the "eye" number corresponding to Flandre's hand's "eye" number becomes linked, Flandre closing her hand causes the linked body part to be destroyed. Strength of the target is ignored. However the target has to be within a 6 meter radius for the destruction to occur, chosing the order is impossible(always from 1 to 10) the "eyes" numbers go from weak body parts to vital organs.
