Other than being mean, that was a nice move.

How did she mold the statue with her hammer?

Aw man, poor Shichirou! He never deserved this! She should have turned her hammer to Renta's statue. Or his house.

Done. Sorry for the delay, but the extra amount of text means I needed an extra amount of devoted free time to translate.

Wait, a hundred years of tankery? The first tanks started popping up the battlefield in 1916, are they telling me 3 years after it people starting playing around with these death machines from one of the most horrifying wars in history (and right after it ended).

Tanks are cool, especially when they were brand new.

"1,256,000 dead during the Battle of Somme."
"Hey what if we made these things and give it to kids to drive."
    This world is weird.

I mean its not like we stopped liking Hueys after Vietnam happened.

Hell, I'd argue that things like Hinds and the like became popular because of their role in Afghanistan (For all the infamy) than in spite of it.

    Basically.

Nishizumi-ryu wouldn't need the hammer. Just a direct blow to by hand or leg.

I think there's an allusion that Das Finale's Winter Cup is a commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the Federation. It's also said that Ooarai's senshado club was founded in 1920, so either alternate history at play or the anime is in far future.

There's going to be mischief later on I tell you
Oh my, please, even though I only played a minor role in the 100 years of tankery, to receive such an honor is just too much
