    縄文モチーフです

    Joumon motif

縄文 "Joumon" means "cord marks". The Joumon Period (縄文時代) is the earliest named period in Japanese prehistory, possibly reaching as far back as 14,000 B.C. It is named after its characteristic style of pottery, where cords or rope were pressed into the wet clay, leaving an impression.

I usually try to add more tags than this, but I'm at a loss for words. This piece is so... focused I suppose, that there's simply not much to tag. If anyone knows a good tag for the markings, I suppose you could add that.

Well the markings on this... figure look vaguely mesoamerican however, I'm lost in this as well. Perhaps abstract would be appropriate?
