Same thing you do with ALL monster parts: either reagents for potion brewing or parts for making weapons and armor.

Miia imagined becoming wealthy by selling her skin in the manga. She thought it might be useful in cosmetics or medicine. As far as I know, they didn't go through with it as the guy they were dealing with proved very shady and untrustworthy.

With a body that large, I wonder if it would have any interesting physical properties that normal snake slough wouldn't. You might be able to make a leathery lace material from it if its durability matches its size.

I mean, snake leather is pretty expensive. Snake girl leather is probably some insane product for millionaires so... having snake gf and learning how to turn skin into leather seems like a perfect buisness.
