    The third panel (one on the right) was showing the scene from underneath. She didn't lift her shirt, she's just retrieved the coin by pulling the edges out and tucking her hand in.

    to be fair. she was already an social media thot anyway. No one in school besides her boy toy knows though. Wouldn't be surprised if she got "Donations" through her pictures too.
