    This is a reference to Atlanta's 21:00 hourly line, in which she takes a liking to Hiei's gift. Note that her 22:00 hourly line indicates that the curry is Kongou's recipe.

    Atlanta's 22:00 hourly line only says that it's Kongou's recipe. So it's technically still possible that Hiei made the curry, and it will be good as long as she's using Kongou's recipe instead of her own. I wouldn't bet on that though.

    No, that lines up with what we know from the early Drama CDs. When Hiei actually follows a recipe shit is delicious. Kongou actually managed to salvage her curry with just a few fixes.
