I tried to reverse search this way back in 2019 all for naught, expect this one blurry image that appears to be less cropped version of the picture with some cock steppy action. Reverse searching it now appears to not bring any results anymore however.
Only relevant other information is from this chinese forum discussion, where some claim it was in pixiv at one point.
