If we can be fair here, even if the overall design is, intentionally or not, very similar to Haruhi, at least the work itself is good with a nice background, and at LEAST some tweaks.
An ORIGONAL CHRCTR PLZ DONT STEEL is usually more along the lines of a direct trace or recoloring. This work is not nearly bad enough to earn a comparison.
I agree, the art is very pleasing to the eye, unlike most OC's. But unlike real women, there's only so much we can go on- that's why hair styles and hair accessories are so important, and the eyes are similar too. Other features like nose, mouth, and chin are either the same or almost nonexistent.
