actualy, world map seems to be some sort of term for the wet spot. (possibly originates from manga or something, realy hard to search this sort of slang when you have little understanding of the language.)

damn it, I was just reading a manga that said something along the lines of "making a world map while wetting the bed" and tried to remember this picture. Now that I've seen this again, I can't remember the name of that manga.
