Not surprised that Bucky is in the middle of whatever chart this is representing. I am curious though what puts Miyuki so far off on her own.

The chart was probably something like 'Hairdo of the rest of Fubuki-class, compared to Fubuki at base.'

So probably its regarding hairstyle, but it still isnt clear to me what the two independent axes mean.

Maybe one is for tidy vs. untidy hair, which in my opinion seems to match the horizontal axis.

Maybe the other is for, uh, "lawn mowing"...
