I was trying to upload the rest but it gave me an error saying that the other images where duplicates of this one,So if anyone who is more familiar with uploading could upload the rest that would be great.

@CPU-Digo it's because you were trying to upload using the pixiv page instead of the direct image url, so danbooru was trying to fetch the first picture of the pixiv post again rather than the subsequent ones. Try using the bookmarklet or the Batch Upload url.
