If I had to wager a guess, the star ranking system is based on how dangerous it is to be around them. If so, 5-stars is walking on thin ice, and anything beyond that is a danger zone.

Anything below 5 stars and getting kicked in the groin is basically asking for trouble. I'd like to have tea and a nice chat with Yuuka and walk out on good terms with her.

Nitori is in it because testicles are shirikodama, apparently. And her threat rating is so high because she's got special tools she made for herself.

Although she is not particularly strong, she will suddenly kick you from behind so it can be quite painful. This is completely out of "curiosity," so she doesn't necessarily enjoy kicking balls. Rather than doing it out of malice, it's more like a prank. You'll end up forgiving her because she's cute...

Nitori Danger Level : ★★★★★★★★★★ In this world the testicles are shirikodama, and Nitori is set to eat them... Also she uses a similar system that Rumia uses but more crafty, she makes her own exclusive tools. As a single youkai she is not very strong but against a human she is dangerous.

Meiling Danger Level : ★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ She is quite dangerous based on her talents but she is safe for people who have common sense. However in a case where she thinks you're a foreign agent she'll actively try to eliminate so be careful. Though, she'll use relatively safe methods and be very gentle when decapitating your testicles. Meiling is quite gentle so she'll be done with that but in the case of other Youkai, they may kill you on spot...

Miko Danger Level : ★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ A stateswoman who's a queen of deceiving. She values peace. Tojiko is really knowledgeable when it comes to testicles than Miko so they work in harmony. She knows the value of knowledge about testicles yet she has not tried out yet. But recently Kokoro started influencing Tojiko and it seems like Miko feels anxious about that. Needs translation check tbh

Kaguya Danger Level : ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ A psychopath who is a specialist in ball crushing... is the kind of image she has. Her technical ability and ball-crushing desire aren't surprisingly high. She is a beautiful lady who usually has a gentle demeanor and she relatively has a low danger level. But when she has thoughts like "It shouldn't be a problem if I were to crush that type of man" in her mind, she's terribly dangerous. In short, when you're with this lady you mustn't treat her rudely or insolently.

Rumia Danger Level : ★★★★★★★★★☆ Her favorite food is testicles, if she comes across one when she is hungry her danger level is extremely high. On the other hand, actually getting attacked by her is rare because it is easy to run away from her. If you get cocky because she is a little girl, you will be harmed so be careful. When you give her meat she becomes surprisingly friendly so try it out with a hand.

Keine Danger Level : ★★★★★★★★☆☆ Sensei who becomes quite ferocious and her Youkai blood wakens on a full moon. She's just "upset" and properly does her work. But if you were to get in her way while she's working, she'll kick your balls without any mercy, restricting entry to her workplace on a full moon is a preventative measure for that.

Saki Danger Level : ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ The strength of her kicks are unusual, like a powerful beast (Herbivorous). She uses different dirty tricks based on the environment she's fighting but she still does it randomly. She doesn't attack you if you're not an enemy, that also affects her danger level. With that condition on mind her danger level is still high because of the lack of hesitation on attacking the balls.

Sanae Danger Level : ★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ There is no chain to hold this high school girl who is no longer bound to common sense. However that doesn't mean she has a body of a Youkai so her skills are average at best. It's not known that she had the desire from long ago or it's Reimu influence but it feels like she wants to use this technique. She's not really strong but her legs and loins are quite well-built so you shouldn't take her lightly.

Reisen Danger Level : ★★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ She has had training and quite good at it but since she's a coward, she's scared of using it on a real person. Hime-sama usually teases her about it but it's a fact that the move is ingrained in her. Since she won't use it intentionally her danger level is quite low and as she's a member of Eientei it's even safer. But if you were catch her off guard and grope her breasts, her body might reflexively move.

Kasen Danger Level : ★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Apart from the importance of its contents, she's quite safe. Maybe it's because of Reimu but she's friendly towards humans. She's always eating something but it's not like she likes testicles and eats them. But if she were to eat them... she probably think they are delicious... I think... She wouldn't say "You're making that face but you're really good at crushing them"!

Satori Danger Level : ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆ Just by looking at the chart her danger level is not quite clear, so she's threatening. The threat she poses for ball crushing or crotch kicking exceeds her younger sister by quite a margin. As expected of Onee-chan. It seems like she's really interested in what male humans think when they're filled with the fear of their balls getting crushed. Considering all that her danger level is low because she doesn't go outside of Chireiden at all.

Reimu Danger Level : ★★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆ It's not her main skill but a skill she has mastered regardless. In human terms it's ranged somewhere around middle to high level skill. For the time being she doesn't use it that much but when you get her angry, it's a little dangerous. She doesn't hesitate to use it but it's not like she uses it the moment something happens.

Marisa Danger Level : ★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ A perfect example for type of person who won't use it. She naturally knows what it is in a practical sense, but because she acts together with Reimu, she is terrorized by that kind of stuff. You musn't let your guard down because Marisa is a safe bet. You shouldn't forget that Reimu is behind her...

Aya Danger Level : ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ A beautiful reportage writer who soars through the sky and is a good walker as well. Her danger level comes from the encounter rate of her and lightness of her kick. Touching is out of service. While she responds to molesters or sexual harassers by their balls, she can also go easy on humans around her and gets along well with them well. Naturally, she is what you would call a veteran youkai.

Junko Danger Level : ★★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Okaa-san who looks scary when she smiles. Her danger level is low due to her kindness. That being said, don't really think what'll be done to your balls will be the worst thing that'll happen to you by any chance you get her angry... She won't get angry just by touching her boobs, it probably has to be something considerable for her to do it. Be careful, if she were to see someone bullying women and children she will explode in rage.

Yuuka Danger Level : ★★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Onee-san who looks scary when she smiles. Her danger level is low due to her personality and the low chance of encountering her. She might be a little dangerous when you bully other Youkai on the flower bed. She doesn't use ball crushing technique almost ever. She only kicks quite lightly (according to her). Ball crushing is the least powerful attack on her arsenal that you might even call it a kind attack.

Wriggle Danger Level : ★★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Wriggle is often mistaken for being a large one, but that's not the case. She is superb at using her legs, but she's not confident in her ability to crush testicles, so she is relatively safe. When she's cornered she'll probably use it but no need to be worried on a regular encounter.

[About the danger levels...] Danger for crotch kicking or ball busting is shown by a grade of 10 (More ★ means more dangerous, ordinary people are around 1 to 3). It's just for grading the danger of crotch kicking or ball busting so characters' power or their level of threat is irrelevant. Possibility of encountering these characters are also factor in this so the ones closer to a human village is a little more dangerous. Even though their danger level is high they might be affected by how easy to avoid them (i.e Rumia), in which the damage taken depends on the person. Be careful that if you suddenly try to touch their ass or breasts most of them will get angry. Other than that it's not really easy to get them angry. If you don't count Youkai that will attack intentionally.
