D) Take her with you. Since zombies are slow you should be able to maneuver around them. After you are safe you can have your way with the now grateful Jill.

Agreed, although after I was completely through with her I'd probably throw her out of whatever safe room I was in and give the zombies a turn too... Cuz' i'm nice like that.
