Hard to say. Nonco's Atlanta might be as absent-minded as she looks for all we know (it's Nonco base after all). At least Atlanta's prominent irritable trait isn't present in any of Nonco's portrayal of her so far, so the chance of her lashing out in retaliation looks rather slim.
