The old man with the birdcage has appeared at least 4 times now. Should he get his own tag?

So this girl has a key, seemingly from the locked panel in the elevator.
On the previous page, the original elevator girl disappeared, then an explorer guy was looking for the key, and then the panel was opened and hacked (and the guy was "executed"). I assume this girl looted the key along with the previous ele-girl's outfit.
And now this guy wants the key again.

He's called ガチおじ (roughly means Hardcore Dude) by the Artist. Should be safe to assume it's been the same person.
