I'm not a lifeguard, but I'm pretty sure they can all do that. It's a mandatory skill to even take the lifeguard exam

Shame they stop teaching the skill of turning water into wine (due to too many life guards abusing and getting drunk on the job) and banned the use of ninjitsu as well because it leads to more difficult rescue every time Pirates are around.
