Originated from a popular video poster called Charming Ms. Guo. She once showed a particularly frightening face when demonstrating the consuming of an apple, and her amused audiences started to comment on behalf of that apple and expressed their "startled" mood. This "predator face" has since became said poster's iconic expression on food-trying oriented videos, and also became a popular meme.
Comment this on behalf of anything (mostly inanimate or non-human) when a person shows extreme aggression on mundane tasks nearby, regardless of whether the aggression was expressed in a calm mood or was necessary for the task.
