Nah, it's obviously a Fubuki-type destroyer. Don't know of any in that state, though. So it's probably the artist's imagination about what would make a neat picture.

Everything from the angle to the background is a very good match. The only major difference is the wreck's particulars.

yeah this is very obviously a Fubuki-class, particularly a Type I, given her early turret and smoke stack with the air scoops flanking it.
