I'd say the one's already here be parented, that's how I see as appropriate (seniority and all)

From what I can see, yours seemed to be cropped version of what's already here albeit larger res, so yeah, the one here post #9249 should be the parent while yours post #388321 is child

But then again, the artifact is rather bad (or is the scanning bad?) i hv doubts it'll be accepted..
