Erm, given the size of the fingers on her "left" hand, I retract my previous statement and admit that it looks like she has two right hands.
If you laid your thumb across your palm close to your pinky, it might explain this and we could use the excuse that a line forgot to be erased. Regardless, someone made an error.
i assume its a referance to J.Geil "user of hanged man stand" and his mother "user of Justice stand", both having two right hands. J.Geil was Polnareff's sister's killer.
