If we're going by Azazel leading Helltaker to her, I'd say Gabriel. Given that Gabriel is the right/left-hand of God, the literal Guardian Angel of lore (literally the Guardian of Israel against the Angels Guarding other nations, which is something that I feel implies every nation has an Angel as a Stand), and Enoch says he watches over paradise.
