Not sure the make and model in this image (if its real), but the Mazda T2000 three wheel truck is apparently rated for 2 metric tonnes.

Not that I know which weapon is on there, but if it was the triple barrel Type 96 25mm gun then wikipedia lists the weight at 1,800 kg. That'd leave 200 kg for people.

Most trucks can go a bit over that limit, it's just that past that the manufacturer isn't liable for whatever goes wrong if you do so.
