Also, almost all of these strips have included the "Kogasanecdote" (Kogasa kobanashi) reader-added tag. (Since it's a repeat and I usually limit my reader-added tag selection to 3, I've been opting to skip it for the more unique tags.) Not quite the memetic level of the "Enough ability to make it rain excessively in the U.S. for a week", but it's a start.
