I thought they fixed that bug, but it is still happening all the time
Not a bug anymore. It was a bug at first. then they fixed it. But then players were like "where she go? We love her!" So they put her back in.
That woudld be like if they reduced IDW's production rate and then people would ironically complain that they havent seen her in a while.
We all want to see her in target pratice. I believe she has like a 30% rate to show up when you randomly go back and forth between the skill training screens.
