I haven't seen any change to the rating guidelines, but it sure seems like more and more posts such as these harmless swimsuit pics are being marked as Questionable, even by veteran uploaders with hundreds or even thousands of pics worth of experience. Am I missing something?

The misrating are mostly by the uploader of this pic. Dunno why, either.
