weeee, new Scan Vector done :D (Big Grin)

and it's another Toradora one ^_^
this scan took me about 2 days to do, mostly because some parts of the vector were covered by text and text balloons, so I had to guess how the vector looked like at those parts.
and I really hate to guess, since I'm not really creative enough to redraw them, so that's why the vector can look weird to people :( (Sad)

but I tried my best and some parts were pretty fun to do ^_^

I did some minor edits to the vector here and there to make it look a bit better (in my opinion xD )
I also made the background look a bit... flashier xD
