The clothes are different, but the hairstyle definitely screams Kakyoin. Not sure if that alone is enough to tag him though. Lacking the cherry earrings too.

Technically, they're all altered. The scars on 'Chucky" are different along with the direction of the lines on his shirt. The shape of the nose on the 'Raggedy Ann/Annabelle', and that this one doesn't have a flower print on its clothing. The Puppet Master doll is a mix of both Blade and Six-Shooter. The 'Slappy' here has a different curl to its hair, and freckles unlike the original. And there's the aforementioned 'Kakyoin'. They're reminiscent... but not actual depictions... of the normal dolls.
