Where did this ultra-res pic come from? The cg set I saw this one originally didn't have one this high-res (it's from a fandisk to the games Cartagra and Pianissimo, named Nagomibako).

And does anyone know the story of the girl in the middle? I can tell from the official site that her name's "Minami Shiori" but I can't tell whether or not she's supposed to be the girl on the left in disguise, or just an original character for the fandisk.
