China 2098 （4）
Year 60 of the current century, sea level greatly risen as a result of the glacier melting. To combat such crisis, China together with various North Eastern Asia nations joined forces and constructed a mega-dam surrounding East China Sea and Sea of Japan. After it's construction the sea water from within is pumped away and restoring the previously flooded landmass, the sea water is used for irrigation for the Huangtu highlands, altering the North Western region ecospheres for the better; At the same time launching land reclamation projects within the East China Sea and Sea of Japan, providing more living space for people in crisis.
