    [THINK TWICE BEFORE CLICKING]

Maaaaannn~ I got a lot of hate and negative feedback from this new series
But, worry not! I am willing to ruin my reputation, just to finish up this story
for those who want to see, how i see the world from Snowsant point of view.
I may be new for this kind of thing and the story might get more awful from here on out, but please have faith in me.
As usual, i will do my best for you guys. #TrustUncleGuin #HangInThereSnowsant #OurSnowsant

This is just a story, completely fictional, but send Snowsant my hug.

It's just got to end better than the original.

    .

    .

But [ without stupid horror added ] it's important to know such terrible abuse happened to people --- which was one of Andersen's intentions, of course.

And too many idiots want us to go back to libertarian freedoms to starve...

Hey, HCA story from his youth is parallel of the children stories he wrote. The story originally went very tragic, but please trust uncle Guin from Malay here, he will make this story feels heartwarming in the end, just like story of Red.

Never read the original match girl story.
But I know Hans had a terrible shitty life and wrote depressing stories, so I bet Snowsand over there is going to be found dead frozen.

The original little match girl had no bullying, just familial abuse

How much suffering will this girl endure before it becomes comical?

She froze to death in the snow lighting the matches to give warmth, whilst seeing her dead kind grandmother welcoming her.

Hans laid it on hard; but jeez, many people in Europe and America and Russia did perish over the centuries from cold and hunger; usually the Church was their only hope, if available. No Welfare State. And that's not counting famines. Rulers and government were also more benevolent that not, but there's a huge limitation of what they could do in past centuries.

[ I only mention those continents since although I do not believe in the least other inhabitants more kinder by nature, I have no information on beggars etc. dying of such neglect in Asia or Africa, though I expect they did. Years ago I read online a report of a lady dying of cold and hunger on a road in about 1836, in Upper New York State. ]

    Welp. Poor girl.
Makes sense. I mean, even if the one at the same says "here is a hundred pound, to take care of some orphans", you have no guarantee the money will actually serve them, or even that it'll be enough. It really is a thorny problem, and it's still easy to look away.
Why the last part, though? Nobody would assume you're trying to stir up shit about these countries in particular, since it's a given we're talking about ol' Europe, since that's where Old Hans came from. London in particular was particular infamous for having problem with kids. Or maybe it's just me reading too many Dickens books, but it feels like the Victorian era was not a pleasant era to live during if you weren't filthy rich.
