Kaga - "Could you not stare at me so much...?"
A picture commemorating Kaga-san Kai Ni.
Admiral - "Kaga-san is cute when her hair is down in her half-damaged state, Kaga-san is cute when she makes a troubled face with those sad-looking eyebrows."
八の字眉毛 literally means "eight-shaped eyebrows". It refers to the eyebrows of someone who is sad/upset/dejected, because the eyebrows resemble the kanji for the number 8 (八).
