She literally is obese though, there's no way around it. If she isn't then who is? Do you think someone isn't fat until they are literally immobile?

If I had to do an objective criterion, the distinction between "curvy" obese and merely obese is having multiple curves - distinct breasts and hips in addition to belly. Just obese is "spherical with lumps".
