This is from a series of stories called H-na, by Yui Toshiki. It runs monthly in the front pages of Momohime Magazine.
I translated a bunch of them, and there's probably a torrent still hanging around somewhere (I'll look for one or re-upload it a bit later for those who want it), and I have quite a few more that haven't been translated yet, as I've been pretty busy lately.
