    I mean, atl the EN group is likely not living in Japan where licensing is even more of a nightmare and fair use law is still somewhat of a distant dream at this point in time.

    Edit. Though depending, they may have to bow to the rules and regulations of Japan due to Hololive and Clover main operations being there.

    Making something your theme song is lightyears outside the bounds of fair use and I assume COVER would have to license it for her (instead of having the ability to "freelance" it for herself), so it'd probably be about the same either way.
