It reminds me of ((takara_shinnosuke}}'s work, despite some notable differences...

Kuma's expression, the eyes, and teh shading seem to similar, but the lines are too dark. They're throwing me off.

It's by Long Horn Train, though I know that's the circle name rather than the artist's name.
