My teacher actually did this a couple times when I was younger. She used crackers instead of cookies to keep the sugar intake down, but it's basically a good incentive for those who are really young.

Now we just wait for the chuuni-phrases. God forbid one of them discovers any-may-mays, but as with most convents I'm sure their usage of modern technology is greatly limited (luckily)
I'm still shock at the lack of yardstick education though. These nuns really are saints.

They're probably 8 or 10. 1 by 2 digit multiplication is covered in school around that age.
