firstly an announcement by me for the people who're interested xD
I used to do screenshot vectors taken by Random Curiousity from anime (mostly Soul Eater)
but lately I've done some vector scans aswell, and I've kind of started to like the vector scans more.
they do take up a whole lot more of time (a screenshot vector takes a few hours, a vector scan a few days!!) alot more effort (screenshot vectors are simple because it's animated, but vector scans have alot of details) and they can be a pain in the @$$ (like I said, vectors scans = alot of details xD )
BUT vector scans look so much better, are more useful because they're bigger and challenge me more which can help me improve my vectoring skills.

so from now on I'll mainly be doing vectors scans and from time to time something simple like a screenshot vector.
this means that the vectors will take longer to make so it'll probably be about a vector a week from now on...

and now back to the vectors xD YAY, Nagisa in a maid outfit :P (Lick)

found the original scan on [moe.imouto] (be warned, moe.imout contains NSFW content!!) and thought it looked really good.
so I tried vectoring it xD but DAMN, this one took me a whole lot more time then I thought it would xD
about a day for the lines, another day for the shadows and lights, and 2 friggin days for the extras!!! xD
the first day for the extras I mainly worked on coloring the lines in a detailed way I never did before >.<
the lines first got a base color for every part of the vector, and then another layer for the parts that are in the shadow.
when I finished the lines I was as good as dead _[=]_O
so after a 2 hour break (xD) I tried to do something I used in my last vector, gradient shading :D (Big Grin)

I've already known gradient shading for a while now, but never really used it.
but damn, the gradient shading took forever _[=]_O and I kind of went overboard with the gradient shading xD
but if I now look at the end result I'm very satisfied with it (other people probably think it's ugly :( (Sad)

)

I still have an idea for this vector that I still want to try out, but that'll have to wait a while since I need to help my brother with his garden for some time xD
actually helped him this week aswell so I didn't have alot of time during the evening for vectoring xD

and since I kind of went overboard with the shading I decided to release several versions again :D (Big Grin)

there'll be 2 vector versions (this one counting) and 4 render versions.
I migth release more later on, but you'll probably notice when that happens xD

a little note, this vector is a bit different from the original (gradient shading, color lines, no text) but the vector posted after this will look more like the original (no gradient shading, black lines and text)
