この時のリテイクの多さは、僕の描きたいものと編集さんが描かせたくないものがかちあってどっちも譲らなかった、みたいなかんじでした。
埒が明かなかったので、最終的には編集さんが出してきたネタを僕なりにアレンジしたストーリーという別物話を作りました。

ちなみにRO本の編集さんはふたりでやってまして、決定権があるのは魅魔様のひとではないもうひとりの方ですね。

The number of rewrites I had to do was more or less about what I wanted to draw conflicting with what the editor wouldn't let me draw, with neither side budging. Since we couldn't come to a resolution, I ultimately created a special-episode story that reworked the gag ideas put out by the editor in my own fashion.

There were actually two editors for the RO book, and the one who had say in the decision was not the Mima-sama person, but the other one. Just so you know. They communicated with me via the Mima-sama person, who seemed very apologetic.
