On a more serious note, how is she still able to feel sex sensations? Wouldn't her losing feeling in her lower body also follow with that?
That really depends where nerves are "cut off". She's certainly paraplegic (legs "cut off"), but she's straddling on him on her own alright (hands not sinking into his belly) and doesn't have... any traces of devices used for toilet needs. Last one mean that she's fully "operational" down there up to pelvis. Or at least girls do "get off" from "feeling" cervix.
