M200 & Kar98k: Standing Split
M200: Iron Head, you say? Mighty Steel Leg, you say?
Let me show you a real standing split. ಠ౪ಠ
Those two are stereotypical Shaolin techniques. Though technically speaking 金剛 refers to the indestructible vajra of Hindu-Dharmic mythology (the same word the ship Kongou gets her name from), but it is often translated as "mighty steel" in various kung-fu movies and literature to convey the impression the word has on the average Chinese reader/viewer.
