She's too sane to keep up with Inazuma and Ikazuchi, and she thinks too much to keep up with Akatsuki (who just has the natural unconscious flirtiness without even trying).

You wouldn't have thought it from the first two pages, but she's ended up as the tsukkomi for this arc.
